Корень бадана оказывает выраженное противовоспалительное действие, укрепляет слизистую оболочку, способствует заживлению мелких эрозий и язв, останавливает кровотечение из мелких сосудов.
Зизифора обладает спазмолитическим действием, а также уменьшает отек тканей в зоне воспаления (за счет дегидратационного действия), что в итоге обеспечивает стойкий обезболивающий эффект.
Помимо вышеперечисленного, все эти растения способны усиливать местную реакцию неспецифического иммунного звена.
Основа суппозиториев оказывает смягчающее действие.

Ziziphora has an antispasmodic effect, and also reduces the edema of tissues in the area of inflammation due to the dehydration effect, which as a result provides a persistent analgesic effect. In addition, all these plants can enhance the local response of the nonspecific immune link. The basis of suppositories has a softening effect.
